i'm learning to move on, day by day. some days are good, some bad. but at the moment, just trying to move on. i still have constant worries that something bad is bound to happen again though...

Hi nomigomi, the 'time of year' can have so many triggers can't it. So much brought to the surface....especially with the anticipation of these anniversaries it seems. How have you been? How are you now?.....

i've been okay, still taking it day by day. some days good, some days horrible. but still hanging in there as strong as possible. i'm shocked 3 years has gone by though...
