Has anyone else used art as a way to heal? Since my loved one will not be buried, I have created an art journal page I call Dave's Cemetery. It is a page with vines which I hand-colored, which wind around clippings of his obituary, as well as some lovely notes from other loved ones.

Closed Book,

Many people express their grief through art. Some people create designs in memory of the person. Som paint or draw or sculpt. Some people express their feelings through artistic dancing and music. Whatever works for you is good.

The page you created for Dave sounds very moving.
